Washdown Safe Hydraulic Valve

This two-position normally-closed hydraulic valve is rated to 3000 psi and up to 60 gpm, for oil or water glycol. It will withstand direct washdown water spray and the coil has been tested to temperatures up to 284º F.

This valve can be continuously energized, and will normally operate at 212º F. Because of the NEMA 4X enclosure, direct washdown water cannot contact this hot coil, causing premature failure. This coil has been heated to 284º F for two hours, and then plunged into 32º F water for 30 minutes, then tested for operation without any failures.

It is available with a 24 VDC or 115 VAC coil, and the field connection can be a DIN connector or ½” NPT to install your own conduit or sealtite connector.
